Located in the exclusive Arenal Dream residence, it offers a community swimming pool, garden and private parking in garage. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This comfortable, modern and bright attic has 140 m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. The rooms are on the same level, with 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. The main bedroom is a spacious room with large windows, a double bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each that can be joined and built-in wardrobes. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment also offers a very modern and fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The tastefully decorated living room has a dining table and a comfortable sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful outdoor terrace with a large awning, dining table and chill out area to relax. All rooms have air conditioning to cool the rooms and allow relaxation on those hot summer days. Additionally, by climbing some stairs, you can access an incredible rooftop with sofas and clear views to enjoy summer in its full splendour. In the common areas of the residence, there is a garden with a large pool with a shallow area for children.

Very well situated near the beach and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean. It looked like the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped.
The parking entrance was very narrow and the parkingspot with the apartment almost impossible to park in. So we just parked on the street, since there was enough space there.
There was just one smaller coffeecup, the rest were big mugs, more for drinking tea.

Great location, accommodation very good central to everything. Think we should have been advised of the building works next door, woken every morning at 8am (except Sat and Sun) with drilling and grinding, If known we probably would have selected alternative accommodation. Beach was closed for a few days but this was obviously outside the remit of Rock Rentals.
Advise customers of building works, this is the only reason I have downgraded the value for money.

It was clean, modern, bright and spacious. The two private terraces were a great addition and the pool was very welcome too. The location was perfect for the beach and restaurants of Arenal and there’s a large supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away too. I would definitely stay here again.
