Seven Saunas Village

The villa was modern, spacious and very clean, with three bedrooms and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private sauna and jacuzzi were definitely the highlights and are a rare luxury to have at this price point. It was the perfect place to relax after a full day at Greenland. The location was also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and an excellent burger restaurant within about a 10-minute walk.

The door code we were originally given didn't work, so we had to call the support line before we could get in. Thankfully they answered quickly and resolved the issue by providing a new code. The online pre-check-in process also felt more complicated than necessary. It wasn't entirely clear to me which steps were actually required before arrival. We completed the full process because the instructions suggested it was needed before check-in, but this involved entering detailed information for all four guests, including our two young children, such as email addresses, phone numbers and selfies. I understand the need for identity verification at an unmanned property, but the requirements for children and the overall process could have been explained much more clearly.
