La cuisine est divine un grand bravo à l équipe de préparation et de service.
L emplacement est idéal
Le onsen d l hôtel est très authentique avec l eau thermale
La chambre est agréable lumineuse ,le ménage fait tous les jours
À l accueil,le réceptionniste est très diligent
:il nous a attendu àl’arrêt de bus à notre arrivée tardive et il nous a beaucoup aidé pour trouver le bon trajet de retour vers Tokyo

Il n’ y avait pas du tout de fruit au petit déjeuner c est dommage autrement il est excellent
Le manque d information est l accueil sur les visites à faire ou le départ des balades
On a trouvé par hasard les chemins pédestres.

部屋がリニューアルされていてキレイで洒落ていた。
温泉はよかった。
洗面台で蛇口から出る水がボウルの端に当たって手を洗うと水びたしになった。
部屋以外はペンキが剥げていたりホコリが溜まったりしていた。
琉球畳風になった和室があったが、実際は板張りにゴザが乗っているだけで、身体が痛かった。小さい座椅子ではなく、座布団にしてもらいたかった。
布団カバーに黒い油が大きく付いていて交換してもらったのだが、その時に来た従業員から謝罪の一言もなかった。
