I loved the location. Taking the bus from Nagasaki Station to Unzen, it drops you off right in front of the Ryokan. They allowed luggage storage too, which made it nice to be able to drop my items off and explore once I got there before check in. The staff were all super friendly too and the food was delicious! You are not far from many different trails to explore around the parks- and there is a nice shop in the main floor of the Ryokan that sells many different goods too.
I wasn’t able to figure out how to turn on the warm water for the onsen in my room, however a staff member came and helped me out and was able to get it going again!

Das traditionelle Zimmer und die Futons sind sehr gemütlich. Das gemeinschaftliche Bad ist ebenfalls wunderbar.
Das Ryokan ist Zentral in dem kleinen Ort und das Personal hat uns sehr beim reservieren von Aktivitäten oder Abendessen geholfen.
Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
