Glow Pyramids View Hotel

Os recomiendo este hotel, las vistas desde el rooftop son increíbles que sea de mañana o de noche, podemos ver bastante bien las pirámides junto a una bonita naturaleza. Las habitaciones están limpias y el pasillo siempre huele bien. Y el desayuno bastante completo. Pero lo más importante es el personal, fue tan amable que me sentía en un hogar, cada vez que tenía algún tipo de problema , Mohammed estaba allí para ayudarme así que te facilitan el viaje. Y agradezco mucho a todo el resto del personal, Nour, Mohammed….siempre sonrientes y a disposición para cualquier cosa. La otra cosa es que durante mi segundo día estuve acompañada por el conductor del hotel que se llama Abdou , es bastante práctico escoger esta opción sobre todo para las chicas que viajan solas porque te sientes muy segura y el conductor te lleva a todas partes y te espera hasta revolverte al hotel.

We loved this place so much, we stayed three nights and it was the perfect location to see everything! The services were amazing, they made sure that we could have the best time possible by providing taxis that stayed with us the whole day (Abdul was so nice) and a guide that explained everything to us. The terrace was the best part, having the view of the pyramid there was so exciting and the little cats that were running around were so cute. The staff was super sweet, they got us food and information whenever we needed it, and a special thank you to Nour, she was the sweetest and most helpful girl, we loved her🫶🏻

The staff were really nice and welcoming. We were sent the wrong address and the driver really struggled to find the hotel as the location was not accurate and we spent over 40 minutes to arrive at the destination.it was close to the pyramids but in a deserted not safe area . breakfast was basic to poor . room was nice . a review that has not been left by myself was submitted for this stay and i had to contact booking to sort out this .
