Beit Khufu Pyramid Hotel

View is great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very delicious and lot of kind eat. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in warm friendly and comfortable hotel Beit Khufu Hotel Pyramid. Unforgetable one night stay with my parents in this hotel in 16 October.

Set up some kind of arrangement so that you can hear the doorbell at the main entrance when staff staying at the upstairs terrasse. It was little scary when knocking belling the door and waiting long minutes until open (in late evening).

Il Beit Khufu Pyramid Hotel è una struttura nuova, inaugurata solo dieci mesi fa e per questo ben curata e pulita, E' strategicamente posizionata a Giza di fronte al parco delle Piramidi e gode di una incantevole vista sulla piramide di Cheope. La colazione nel bar/ristorante sul terrazzo con vista piramidi è senza prezzo. Le camere sono ampie e pulite, ma la pulizia della camera va richiesta. Bisogna ricordarsi di farlo altrimenti la camera non viene rifatta. Il wifi è disponibile ed affidabile in tutta la struttura. Il personale, sempre sorridente e professionale, si è reso disponibile e veloce nel soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Siamo per esempio arrivati in albergo a tarda notte, affamati, e, in tempi ragionevoli, ci è stata preparata una cena completa. Inoltre ad ogni rientro in hotel ci hanno fatto trovare tea caldo e acqua fredda. Ottima offerta di servizi. Ci siamo fatti organizzare la visita la GEM e al parco delle piramidi con guida in italiano e una crociera notturna sul Nilo. Inoltre ci hanno fatto avere un'auto con autista per la visita al parco archeologico di Saqqara e Dashur. Che dire, il Beit Khufu Pyramid Hotel ha contribuito a rendere la nostra esperienza al Cairo indimenticabile. Consigliamo il Beit Khufu Pyramid Hotel per i soggiorni a Giza. Ci manderemo sicuramente i nostri amici.

L'hotel si raggiunge dalla via principale attraverso una stradina stretta e sterrata e poco illuminata di notte. Fatta a piedi potrebbe riservare qualche problema a causa della presenza di cani randagi. D'altronde questa è la caratteristica delle vie secondarie del Cairo. Suggeriamo all'albergo di migliorare i partner per le gite, in particolare per la scelta delle auto e delle guide. La crociera sul Nilo è stata abbastanza deludente in quanto la nave ha percorso solo un breve tratto del Nilo a velocità quasi nulla.

The staff was the best and made it a great stay. The room was clean and great location. Overall I can highly recommend the hotel.

The WiFi was a problem.

The entrance for this hotel is impossibly situated, it is behind a golf course through tiny gravel streets with hanging poles that often the Ubers will refuse and the walking instructions on all navigation platforms do not work and it takes a long time to get to the place - sometimes putting safety at risk as a tourist. Our rooms were not ready on arrival for a long time and we were constantly being asked when we would check out, including once through our tour guide on a paid tour which was incredibly infuriating.
