Good location clean and comfortable and the landlord was so accommodating we booked last minute and he was so accommodating and helpful from the moment we booked till check out even responding to messages after 10pm

The location was great, and the studio was clean overall. Has good facilities (Gym + Pool), and the view from the bedroom was good.

Some light odour and stain on the sofa

The location is superb. Opposite the Southern Cross station. Fantastic restaurants are within 5 mins walk. Even located in the center of Melbourne city, it's not noisey.

Collecting keys is bit drama for us. We were told it's just 3 mins walk from the store to the apt. However it's actually way more than that. Plus it takes more effort to drag the luggage and carry a heavy backpack on your shoulder on the street around 10:30pm. The landlord is quite nice and patient to answer our questions. However, it would be great if we could receive check-in and check-out instructions together with the wifi code beforehand, instead of having to raise the questions ourselves each single time. Hand washing liquid was completely out by the time we checked in, but we didn't get refilled after reporting.
