Terrazza San Pietro - Ground Floor Appartment

Barbara was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions we might have. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and our balcony quiet and private. It was close enough to the coliseum to take a quick taxi to, saving us the hassle of driving and parking. There is an amazing (big) park just around the corner that has a bar serving breakfast and coffee. This was a great stay!

Parking was a challenge. It is only street parking and our rental car was huge. Spaces are extremely limited, and most people don't move once they park. Barbara saved us a spot right in front of the door, which worked perfectly.

The owner's compliments, a lovely terrace and very clean accommodations,pleasant owner. Seems the owner started renting out the apartment recently: I'd recommend her staying there for a few days as a tourist and all the minor issues can be quickly identified.

The lack of locks on the kitchen and bedroom grates - I had to install my own. Quite small and not very convenient kitchen. Broken window and shower in the bathroom, no hooks in the bathroom.

Everything was amazing! The apartment is set in a very quiet area, very close to Vatican City and super close to bus stations connected to every part of the city. Barbara was so nice and she welcomed us a bit earlier than expected as we arrived before noon. She was very cool and willing to help and guide us. We were afraid of the scammers going around the city but Barbara ensured us that we are safe with her and her location. Apartment was very clean, clean towels provided, coffee and water in the fridge. The terrace was amazing with lots of plants and great view. Overall all, everything was excellent! The terrace was the biggest perk! We loved having our morning coffee sitting there and evening aperitif.
