Localização e limpeza.
Poucos utensílios de cozinha, uma panela para cada função. Pedimos uma Air fryer não nos disponibilizaram. Tivemos problemas com acesso aos portões. Ficamos quase 40 minutos impedidos de entrar. Outros locatários do condomínio tiveram o mesmo problema. Não oferecem roupas de cama e banho. Para hospedar 3 ou mais pessoas é inadequado. Apesar de ter 2 banheiros, um deles não tem chuveiro, funciona como lavabo. Interação com o anfitrião bastante complicada. Resistem a dar informações antecipadas.
