Palazzo Veneziani - Luxury Living in Monopoli

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Veneziani. The property is brand new and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is impeccably clean while still retaining the elegance of an authentic building. Everything looks exactly as shown in the photos—the rooms are spacious and airy, the terrace is generous. While not located right in the city center, it sits in a very quiet area with the center easily accessible within a 7-8 minutes walk. Tony personally met us for check-in, welcomed us with some local taralli and made sure we had plenty of coffee capsules for our entire stay. He walked us through everything we needed to know about the place, and even sent us the locations of recommended restaurants and a nearby supermarket. Upon our departure, he offered—without us even asking—to drive us to the train station. We were also able to leave our luggage at the property for a few hours between check-out and heading to the station, which allowed us to enjoy one last relaxing morning in Monopoli. ​Initially, I was a bit hesitant because there were very few reviews when I booked, as the property is new. Honestly, though, I don't think we could have made a better choice.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location in Monopoli. The room was spacious, stylish and very comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and well looked after. Tony was an incredible host: warm, attentive and extremely communicative throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and his passion for the hotel and for making sure guests have a great stay really comes through. We couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Un soggiorno davvero impeccabile a Monopoli. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La camera/appartamento è ampia, elegante e arredata con grande gusto, con mobili e finiture di prestigio. Tutto era maniacalmente pulito, spazioso e confortevole, fedele alla descrizione e superiore alle nostre aspettative. Due televisori cucina e bagno nuovi e di una pulizia impeccabile oltre ad essere muniti di tutti gli accessori ed elettrodomestici necessari. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Terrazza, enorme e bellissima, dotata anche di doccia e di tutti i servizi necessari lettini ecc per godersi al meglio il soggiorno. Un valore aggiunto è stato Tony, un host super gentile, estremamente disponibile e professionale sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e pronto a dare supporto superando le competenze che gli spettano, questo denota un attenzione veramente unica nel saper fare accoglienza che ci ha regalato un esperienza che non dimenticheremo. Struttura assolutamente consigliata: qualità, comfort e ospitalità eccellenti per un soggiorno a Monopoli non ci sono rivali. Torneremo sicuramente! Complimenti!

It was as nice as could be, extremely royal and with a great terrace. Staff was super nice, polite and helpful at all times. 10/10 recommend!
