Fabulous view of Erzurum Castle and mountains.
The hotel's impressive determination to provide everything that might be required, from hair dryer and kettle to a range of teas and coffees, biscuits, lots of bottles of water, tissues, glasses AND coffee mugs.

Friendly and helpful service, room felt clean, there was water, tea and coffee in the room
Smell of cigarettes which seemed stronger coming from the bathroom so we kept the door closed and opened the window a little. The bathroom was a little tight
