Booked for 2 nights initially. 20th Aug to 22nd Aug.
Location is far from city. It’s my mistake though that I didn’t check the distance from city properly so I cannot blame hotel for this.
Asked hotel receptionist to book uzongol tour from us. He helped us in booking and asked to pay 3000 lira. Another couple sitting in hotel lobby from my country told me that they paid 2000 lira for uzongol trip. We went to city and find another tour operator and he quoted us 2200 lira for uzongol tour. Tour company he booked for us is worst of worst. Commitment is tour co picked us up from hotel but instead they stopped the bus on other side of the road. It’s main busy highway and when my husband crossed the road he nearly avoided the accident and old man helped me in crossing the road. We paid extra almost 800 lira not for this nonsense. I believe extra 800 lira goes to receptionist pocket.
Now come to hotel service:
1) breakfast is below average.
2) cleaner comes and don’t change towels, don’t replace shower gels. Don’t make the bed.
3) no blankets in the room
4) when u go out and take room key out from main connector all the appliances turn off. Fridge turn off too..
5) air cons cooling is not good either.
Overall I am not happy with the staff and their services. Will not recommend it to anyone
