    اسوء فندق يمر علي بحياتي حجزنا قبل ٦ ايام ولما وصلنا الفندق تفاجأنا انهم ما بعرفو انه في حجز باسمنا وطبعاً لستة كذبات اول شي قالولنا مافي حجز من اجودا بعدين طلعو الحق علينا انه احنا حاجزين مو بنفس التاريخ ولما ورجيتهم الحجز بحكو احنا تواصلنا معكم واتساب لالغاء الحجر وانتو ما رديتو قلنالهم ورونا الرقم اللي تواصلتو معاه طلعتلي الموظفة رقم سعودي مع انه احنا من الكويت بس عشان تخلص كنت حاجزة مع اطلالة بسعر غالي اعطونا غرفة بالسرداب بمكيف خربان صغيرة بدون اطلالة و ممنوع يرجعولنا فلوسنا طبعاً ولو بدي انقل على غرفهم الكبيرة حكولنا لازم تدفعو الفرقية و الثلاجة بالغرفة خربانة فعلاً اسوء الفنادق اللي ممكن تحجز فيها انصح لا حد يحجز عندهم

    At the price I should not complain but a bargain price is no excuse for rooms that are not made up. I hate unpreparedness and unprofessionalism. Only on the third attempt did we walk into a room that had actually been prepared for new guests.
