The personnel was very friendly. They helped us park our car right in front of the hotel.
The bathroom was old, and the shower was right next to the toilet. So, showering made everything wet. Though the rooms were non-smoking, there was a smell of smoke in the hallways. When we opened our windows (both on the front and back side of the hotel as we had two rooms), smoke would get into the rooms.

The friendly face of Erzurum. It’s run by people who love their work and their guests. There is unlimited tea available all day. It’s in a very central location and great for exploring the city, catching buses to Palandöken, and trying out kebab restaurants.

I stayed in this hotel for one night, and it was my first time traveling to Erzurum. The staff were kind and showed good behaviour. The room was clean and warm. That night, the out side temp. was - 17 but the room was warm. They had a very simple breakfast, but it was fine. They served Turkish tea. The decoration and style of the hotel were completely Turkish.

The location is excellent if you want to see the city's sights. The price-value ratio is also favorable. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
