Fairlane Residence by Bluebird near Bukit Bintang KL

The place is comfortable and clean. The place is in a nice location our room had a wonderful view of the city. All the stores and coffee shops are near the place and it’s really easy to find food and drinks even the famous shopping malls are so close to us. They did provide everything we needed utensils, plates, hot water even a baby cot for my baby

We had some issues login to the TV but it was not a problem because we went there to travel apart from that overall service is good

The property was clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere, spacious living area and convenient location. Everything we needed was provided, and the place felt like a home away from home.

The stay was very pleasant overall. One small suggestion would be to provide two sets of keys, as this would be more convenient for guests, especially when travelling with family or friends.

Location wise excellent

Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. No plates or cups were provided in the room, which was inconvenient. More seriously, cockroaches were seen throughout the accommodation, which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. There were also visible watermarks and stains from the toilet area on the wall, which could clearly be seen from the living room. This gave the accommodation an unclean and poorly maintained appearance. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and addresses them for future guests.
