The owner is so kind and approachable ❤️ She even gave us a gift for our Anniversary. And they have a shelter for rescued dogs and cats 🥺🫶🏼 Let's support them please. And the wifi is 100/10! They even have a workstation. Free pick up and drop off also ❤️

The property was in a good location, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and chatty.

Upon arriving we discovered that the bathroom appeared not to have been cleaned and we informed the owner who apologised and tidied it while we were out. However, when we went to bed that night, we still found an empty bottle and lots of dust and hair on the floor on the inside wall by the bed. The air-con was also extremely loud making it slightly difficult to fall asleep at night. When checking in we also asked where we could find the pool that had been advertised, to which we were told it was having maintenance done. We wish we had been informed about this prior to checking in as the pool had significantly added to our appeal of the place. Finally, when checking out this morning, we were informed we had to pay a late fee for the scooter we had borrowed for 2 days. We had asked the night before when we should settle the bill for the scooter and were told we could wait until check out. All in all, the combination of these problems was very disappointing given that our hopes had been heightened by the property having previously been rated a 10.
