I loved everything about staying at this homestay. The very peaceful location, the very hospitable owners, the room cleanliness, and having all necessities in the outdoor kitchen. Totally worth every minute of our vacation!

Alex and his family were really lovely and looked after me well. Alex made sure I had his number incase I needed help which was nice as a solo female traveller. He took me to a lovely snorkeling site away from the tourist spots, made me breakfast and moved me from the family room to the double room for my comfort. The homestay is very rustic so don't expect hotel standards but that was what gave it such charm. The bathroom is basic Filipino style which requires an accepting mind set. The room is a good size and comfy bed. Alex goes out of his way to help his guests.

A bit out of the way from the main areas on Siquijor but no problem if you rent a bike. I didn't but could easily get a bike or trike taxi from the main road 5 mins walk away. The dog was chained up in the yard the whole time which was hard to see.
