Il est bien situé à Paris le métro est juste au bout de la rue , le quartier a des petits commerces de quartier

No obvious way to connect to the WiFi and the WiFi password of ~30 charters is unreasonably difficult to type out. No courtesy streaming services so the advertised TV is a bit pointless

The location and the apartment are really nice. Only the showerhead needs to be changed and the toilet an air vent or window.

The way I was treated after reporting damage of the kitchen door after it slammed when I opened a window (which was inevitable because the heat wave in June brought us temps of over 40 degrees and the place has no air conditioning, of Course we needed to open the windows. Even with the door stopper the wind was so strong, that the windows in the kitchen door shattered. I even cut my hand). In the end the concierge had the audacity to ask me to pay a part of the repairs. I will absolutely search personal compensation for the injury and the disrespectful way I was treated.
