Great little apartment in a premium location

Bathroom where shower and zinc were located had a bit of a smell. I’d say it might have had gas heaters or something with that kind of d of smell.

Very nice place to stay in Paris. Two metro stations nearby - easy to get to any area of ​​Paris, many restaurants nearby. At the same time, the apartments are located on a quiet street. The apartments are clean, good conditions - everything is modern.. Two separate rooms, kitchen with everything you need. We were hospitably greeted by the owner's daughter. We arrived in Paris early in the morning and were able to check in before the official check-in time after a night flight. It was nice that a chilled bottle of wine was waiting for us as a compliment. we will come back again

Staying in the heart of Montmartre. The open outlook over the busy neighbourhood park. The host's daughter, who was also the cleaner, met us and was lovely. She also shopped for some breakfast items for us and helped us with a good tramsport app.

We never met the host, so missed a proper induction into the workings of the flat. Also, an orientation to the area. There was no welcome kit with local recommendations, useful numbers including medical etc. It seems we need to rely on our own apps and Google, which doesnt seem in the airbnb spirit. There were no proper curtains. Particularly in the bedroom, it is necessary for privacy with so many tourists ourside taking pictures. A bit disconcerting when you step out of the shower! Also, it helps with blocking the light for sleep when needed.

The apartment is nicely situated in the less busy, residential area of Montmartre, but still close to the tourist attractions. The neighborhood is very nice with beautiful streets, while not touristy at all. There are a lot chic coffee shops in the area, very worth exploring. The living room has a decent size, while the bedroom is on the smaller end.

The closest metro station is Lamarck - Caulaincourt, which you need to walk through some staircases to get to, so not the most convenient if you're carrying big suitcases. The bed was small for two people and quite firm to sleep on. The sofa bed in the living room was quite uncomfortable too as there was a noticeable unevenness in the middle, so you can really only sleep on one side of it. The curtain was useless as it didn't block out the light at all, which was particularly annoying during summer when the sun was out before 5am. Overall I think this apartment could do with better-quality furniture, especially at this price point (we paid EUR 250/night) one could find a decent hotel room.
