Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie, bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Co prawda w lokalu nie ma klimatyzacji, ale przemiły gospodarz dostarczył wentylator. Faktem, że pogoda była bardzo dobra ale nie było gorąco.
Na pewno minusem jest brak miejsca do parkowania. Co prawda codziennie udawało się nam znaleźć miejsce całkiem blisko, ale na pewno jest to pewien problem.

Nos hemos ido ENCANTADOS y con pena de irnos de Frades house, pero volveremos. El apartamento es perfecto, muy cómodo, nuevo y súper limpio. Pero lo más importante y que más agradecemos es la amabilidad de Bruno y su mujer. En todo momento han sido súper atentos con nosotros, encantadores y muy cercanos. Muchísimas gracias por todo, y por supuesto, si volvemos a Madeira pronto o tenemos amigos que quieran venir, recomendaremos Frades house.
