Currituck Coastal Retreat is a comfortable waterfront home with thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxing and gathering. The home features spacious living areas with water views, comfortable seating, and abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, along with multiple dining spaces for enjoying them together.
Bedrooms are cozy and inviting, designed for restful nights after a day on the water or exploring the area. Bathrooms are clean and functional with modern conveniences. Outdoor spaces offer peaceful spots to enjoy morning coffee, sunsets, and fresh coastal air. The property provides a quiet, private setting while still being close to many popular local destinations.

• The canal water level is influenced by wind and weather rather than tides. Water levels can vary, and we cannot guarantee or predict conditions during your stay. There is not a dock available only clears on the bulkhead.
• The property is not fenced along the waterfront. Children must be supervised at all times when outdoors or near the water.
• Due to the waterfront setting, guests may encounter bugs, insects, or local wildlife. Routine pest control is in place, and the screened porch helps reduce insects; however, occasional sightings are normal in coastal environments.
