About this house rental
Whether you’re a family looking for a relaxing beach vacation or a ministry professional in need of a restorative retreat, our home offers a serene, restorative setting within a short walk to the beach. As your on-site hosts, we’re here not to intrude but to gently support your stay. We live in the upstairs portion of the home and share access only to the peaceful backyard space and laundry room. Because we are on site, we are able to offer superior service to our guests. Entire bottom floor of house, with a shared laundry room, including two bedrooms and two full baths, a kitchenette with eat-in kitchen table, private backyard including an Endless Pool/Swim Spa, outdoor shower, and large patio with fire pit. Entire bottom floor of home, with exception of owner’s closet, and shared laundry with owner. We host guests from many walks of life who find rest, renewal, and a sense of peace here. As on-site hosts, we are present—but never intrusive—to help make your stay as smooth and enriching as possible. Whether it’s sharing tips on the best local spots, providing extra beach gear, or simply offering a warm welcome, we’re here to ensure your time is refreshing and worry-free. Our home is not a party destination—it’s a peaceful haven designed for families, couples, and individuals seeking not just rest, but relax and recharge. Our stay at Butler Beach exceeded every expectation.As a single mom, I planned this as a simple mother-and-son surf trip for my 10-year-old son. I was looking for easy beach access and good surf conditions, but what we found was so much more.The property was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and even better than described. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel like family. They went above and beyond by helping my son improve his surfing, sharing local knowledge about the best surf and fishing spots, and recommending great local businesses.My loved the exercise pool. He wanted to swim multiple times every day, and the hosts were always gracious and accommodating.What touched me most was the genuine care they showed our family. On several occasions, they prayed over my son before he went out to surf. As a single mom, that meant more to me than words can express.If you're looking for a peaceful getaway focused on family time, personal reflection, and enjoying the beauty of the beach, this is the perfect place. The hospitality we experienced was unlike anything we've encountered in our travels.My son and I left with wonderful memories, new friendships, grateful hearts, and a desire to return. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to make Butler Beach our regular vacation destination.Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!
