Pretty house 2 kms from the beaches of Deauville/Trouville

This house has just been completely restored (July 2025), it is located in an old farmyard 2 kms from the center of Trouville/Deauville.
It is a peaceful place located between the equestrian center (PIC) and the Deauville racecourse, just close to the sea, shops and the center of Deauville.
We can accommodate up to 6 people (100 m2) with these 3 bedrooms upstairs.
The terrace overlooks a large garden with views of the fields and the river.
Bicycles will be available for free, the greenway is just outside the farm. It will take you to Deauville (2,500 kms) on one side and St Arnoult (1 km) on the other. It's also very pleasant on foot, and of course you can walk around with pets.
There is fiber optics, so teleworking is possible.
I accept pets after request but the cleaning package becomes mandatory.
There is the possibility to rent sheets and towels.
For winter and cold periods, you can enjoy an insert, I provide a first wooden box, the following ones are charged.
There is also the possibility of recharging an electric car (in slow charging max 3000watt) but it is paid at the price of the kilo/watt without surcharge.

The region has many assets, of course Trouville/Deauville with its beaches, Honfleur (15 kms), by crossing the Normandy bridge you can visit the cliffs of Etretat and why not make a stop in Le Havre with its city center.
On the other side, going to the landing beaches, you pass through Villers sur mer, Houlgate and Cabourg.
Inland, you can follow the cider route which offers a magnificent panorama of the Pays d'Auge.
There are plenty of reasons to come and stay in this house!
