the overall impression is very good. Normandy is very beautiful and you can reach many sights from this house. Why are there some stars missing in the evaluation? It is an old but very charming house, which is a bit difficult to clean up. The check in is limited to a time window (big enough). But unfortunately we missed it and had some trouble to get access to the house. The house is placed directly at a small but highly frequented street. All in all we had a nice vacation. The house has a very charming character.

Jolie petite chaumière bien agencée, bien située avec un petit jardin très agréable et à l abris des regards.Le plus, une cheminée qui rajoute bien être et convivialité…Le système de code pour récupérer la clé est très pratique.Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour 👍🙂 Juliette et Jérôme .

Super schönes gemütliches Haus mit kleinem Garten. Es gibt nur wenige Minuspunkte: 1. Die Fenster der Schlafzimmer gehen zur stark befahrenen lauten Durchgangsstraße raus. 2. Ent- und Beladen des Autos geht nicht vor der Haustüre, d.h. das schwere Gepäck muß ein Stück zum Haus getragen werden. 3. Da in der Gegend fast alles privates eingezäuntes Gelände ist, kann man mit dem Hund nicht spazierengehen wie in Deutschland, sondern muß zum Hundespaziergeng mit dem Auto bis zum Mont Canisey fahren und kann am Meer die Hunde frei laufen lassen nur an den Klippen von Houlgate, Villers oder Villerville, wo es sehr schön ist! Ansonsten überall Leinenzwang! Abgesehen davon, daß das Haus an einer Hauptverkehrsader liegt, ähnlich unserer B3, ist es so gemütlich, daß wir am liebsten dortgeblieben wären!

Ma famille et moi avons passer le week-end dans cette jolie maison normande très bien entretenue, propre et avec tous se qu' il faut. Lave vaisselle, machine à laver, des lit confortable, le tv connecté au Wi-Fi avec netflix... Nos soirée billard avec une ambiance chaleureuse près de la cheminée nous a fait un bien fou! Je recommande fortement 👍👍👍 Merci

Le gîte par lui-même est correct. Les problème rencontrés : - situé en bordure d'un axe de circulation : donc très bruyant. Il faut vivre les fenêtres fermés. En été ce doit être invivable. - la literie de la chambre principale : confort correct mais trop petit (lit de 140) et c'est dommage. La literie de la 2° chambre n'et pas propre et inconfortable. Le 3° lit est un clic-clac : donc inconfortable. Sinon la maison a du charme et bien équipée.

Insgesamt funktionale Ausstattung. Interessante, charmante Architektur - z.B. Holzbalken, alter Hozfußboden im Schlafzimmer, schöne Fliesen in Küche und Bad. Gut mit Hund. Liegt allerdings direkt an einer recht viel befahrenen Durchgangsstraße - schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist eher etwas schwierig (bei geschlossenem Fenster voll ok). Der Billardtisch ist zum Esstisch umfunktioniert, muss man umbauen, wenn man spielen will. Hochmoderne Heizung, die über WLAN vom Vermieter gesteuert wird - persönlich nicht ganz unser Ding. Parken um die Ecke und kein Problem. Verglichen mit anderen Gegenden in Frankreich empfanden wir den Preis zu hoch für das, was man bekommt - gilt aber unserem Eindruck nach wohl für die ganze Gegend.
