The house is really nicely equipped and the bed in the main bedroom extremely comfortable with really good pillows. The bathroom was well spec'd, spacious and the shower great. The kitchen was nicely done and laid out The walk to the centre was 5 to 10 minutes and about 15 - 20 for Trouville, which is really nice It was very hot when we were there, up to 37 degrees. In the main, the house coped well with the heat.

I want to quantify what I put here with the owner, Aurelie, was let down by her cleaners and was mortified when we let her know and did her best to rectify the situation. When we arrived, there were a couple of areas that obviously hadn't been cleaned. There were no bin bags, kitchen towel (cloth or paper), no capsules for the coffee machine, which I know isn't a big thing or a crime, but most places do leave a couple to get you through the first morning. There also wasn't any information on the main/communal bins. Nothing was visible outside the property and we ended up using our own bags and walking down to the end of the street to some other communal bins every day. Again, no fault of anyone, but it was so hot, that the top two rooms on the 3rd floor were pretty much unuseable during the day. At night, all the windows had to be open, but that meant that the outside noise was a problem when trying to sleep. The house is on a fairly main road and both people and vehicles are regularly going past. There's no freezer.....so no ice, ice-cream or anything else that would have helped with the heat
