About this house rental
Charming independent house with private outdoor Jacuzzi and wifi, developing overall 3 bedrooms (including an extra night space with convertible closed by a thick curtain), closed living room (with convertible premium can be a 4th bedroom), fully equipped kitchen equipped (dishwasher, microwave, toaster ...), two bathrooms, all built on a plot of 500m2 with a large terrace equipped (garden furniture, barbecue ...) in the sun all day as well as a private outdoor jacuzzi.
Arrangement:
- in the main body of the house: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster ...), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140cm), 1 closed living room with 140cm premium convertible can be used as a bedroom (and HD TV with DVD player) and 1 bathroom with toilet.
- in the outbuilding adjoining the house: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 cm, 1 bed 90cm), 1 extra night space with convertible closed by a curtain and 1 bathroom (shower, toilet and washing machine) .
The whole is of even foot, built on a raised ground of 500m2, with a big terrace equipped (living room of garden, barbecue ...) in the sun all the day as well as a privative outside jacuzzi usable from April to October.
Two parking spaces in the house, other parking in front of the house.
Electricity (€0.20 per kWh) will be charged based on the holiday makers’ actual consumption beyond the meter reading taken on the day of the check-in.
As an indication, you should expect to pay approximately €10 per day in winter and €5 per day in summer, allowing everyone to set the temperature according to their preference and charge their electric vehicle if needed. Bed linen on option at 19€ by bed, to be ask when booking. Cleaning option at 49€.

Wonderful stay in a charming old house with garden and Jacuzzi. Very calm in a cul-de-sac, perfect location to explore Blonville and beach by foot. The house is perfect for families travelling with kids and dog. Communication with Jean-Baptiste was very friendly and welcoming. A tiny small star deduction for the kitchen equipment, its all there but partly a bit worn. All in all a clear recommendation to stay, if you are fond of the vintage style.

Une maison très agréable à côté de la mer et centre ville et face au centre équestre. Un très bon séjour apprécié par toute la famille.
