This charming cottage is conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from downtown South Haven and 3 blocks to South Beach. The two-story deck has some views of the Black River Channel. A unique spiral staircase in the primary bedroom brings you to a small loft with more water views. Family friendly gathering spaces include a spacious kitchen, TV room, and sitting room complete with cozy fireplace. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it accommodates up to 8 guests and is dog friendly!

- Dogs are allowed for an extra $150 fee per stay/per dog. Max of 2 dogs weighing under 70lbs each. Please notify us if you plan to bring a dog so we can add the fee.
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- NOTE: The owner has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group.
- NOTE: There is a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home.
FAQ: The spiral staircase is located in the main bedroom and leads to a small loft. It's not required that you utilize it as a standard staircase leads to all of the 2nd floor bedrooms.
FAQ: The backyard is not fully fenced; dogs need to be leashed outside.

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
