This 7 bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps 16 n beds with room for more, and sits on over half an acre (3 wonderfully shaded and secluded lots) on the end of a dead-end road, only 2 blocks to the blue stairs at South Beach, and 1 block to Kids Corner! You will not be driving to the beach--it is faster to walk. For the bicycle-enthusiast, the newly-paved bike-trail sits 50-feet from the home. This wonderful 4-mile trail will take you directly to the State Park, where you can explore dunes, sit on the beach, and explore an area that many who come to South Haven do not even know exists. Because it's summer, you'll get a lot of use out of the outdoor kitchen, featuring an oversize grill, sink, and fridge, with an eat-out counter, sitting on over 500 square feet of stone patio.
The home includes three downstairs bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with a King and a twin, and one with a King. Full bath with tub/shower downstairs. Large living room with a 65" 1080p tv that is open to dining room. Living Room, dining room, and kitchen/kitchen eating nook are all very open-concept, and family gathering indoors will not be a problem for even the largest groups!
Four upstairs bedrooms, two have a queen, one has a queen and a twin, one has four twins. Two full baths upstairs, one with a beautiful tumbled-stone tile, glass encased walk-in shower, another with a whirlpool tub.
Kitchen features poured-concrete counter tops, stainless appliances, and bar-seating for four. Formal dining area features two tables with-seating for 12-16.
Back yard is huge, with plenty of mature trees and areas for the kids to explore! Across the street is a city-owned park area where you can play soccer, throw a baseball around, or have a little picnic!

Property was perfect for our group. Great yard for my grandsons to play in. We had nightly fires and movies.
Out building worked great for an office for work calls. Location was perfect for the park and beach.

The house was a great location for our family of 12! Perfect for taking 2 year olds to the park and South Beach easily, and loved having the trail to walk each morning. The yard was big and family friendly. Plenty of beds for all and great fun in the poker/game outbuilding! The second hand furniture and peeling paint in places left a little to be desired for overall look, but for the lower price we feel it’s worth it.
