Bridgewater Cottage- A spacious South Haven cottage with seasonal pool access- near beaches, sleeps up to 16 guests!
The Bridgewater Cottage has all you need to relax in comfort and convenience! This property is a vacation rental in the Summer (June, July, & August), available for extended stays outside of that season. Located 1 mile from downtown South Haven, 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan, and an easy commute to Holland, Benton Harbor, or Kalamazoo areas!
Bridgewater is a lovely 3,000 square foot cottage style home is a popular choice for larger groups. The modern features and casual tones draw you into this beautiful family home, and high quality decor and appliances are sure to exceed your expectations on your South Haven escape!
The main level of the home has a generous open concept foyer, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, and much more! The main level den with queen sofa sleeper is the perfect place for the kids to wind down and watch television together. Upstairs, relax in privacy in the master suite's soaking tub or on the plush mattresses of any king or queen bed. Find a twin guest bedroom with two sets of bunks on the upper level as well.
The flexible layout of the home sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably. In a prime location, embraced by the lush landscaping and in a quiet neighborhood, the cottage is near several northside beaches and includes access to the resort's clubhouse and seasonal gated community pool at the Harbor Club Marina located on the Black River. While at this cottage you are a short walk to the Marina, where you can rent a boat and tour the river or head out to the lake. A short bike ride takes you to the Kal-Haven trail, or you can rent a golf cart and ride effortlessly down to the main streets of South Haven to experience the unique shopping and dining of downtown. This is the perfect spot to escape the city and experience lakeshore life.
**Although dogs are welcome in this home there is a 2 dog max. Must not exceed 50lbs. Please, keep off of all bedding and furniture. You are welcome to bring a crate or kennel if trained to sleep in one. Additional $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee per pet not included in price of reservation.**

Boats (speed boats, pontoon boats, dinghy boats, and kayaks), boat slips, golf carts, beach carts, bicycles, and more are all available to guests (for additional rental fees). The Resort`s private streets are perfect for strolling or biking and the Kal-Haven Trail-head is also nearby for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Our Welcome Center Office is staffed and open in the Resort Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm EST.

The Harbor Club South Haven Resort offers private streets for walking or biking with pets, children, or the group you are traveling with. A quaint pond and bridge offer a peaceful place to stroll and watch the local wildlife. The Resort is located on preserved wetlands and woodlands on the Black River and includes a gorgeous private marina.
City bus routes and taxis will come into the resort and directly up to the cottage to pick up and drop off guests. Winery tour buses run through the area and several highway entry and exits are within one mile for easy travel.
Check in at 4pm EST. If housekeeping staff is able to prepare the home sooner, we will make every effort to contact guests and allow an early check in. Check in takes place at our Welcome Center Office in the Harbor Club South Haven Resort (330 Ash Street, South Haven MI).
At least a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests have until 30 days prior to check in to pay the remaining balance.

All towels, linens, paper products, and a starter kit of soaps are included in the cottage rental. Guests receive access to the resort's marina, clubhouse, community pool, and fire pits. Boat, golf cart, beach cart, and bicycle rentals are all available in the community.
Harbor Club Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Lots of positives. The house is big with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 12 of us, including 6 children. Several of the kids played in the pool everyday. The beach is walkable from the house. There are also good walking/biking trails nearby. One if the bedrooms was invaded by ants. The management company was very responsive and opened a new bedroom for us to use

This property was very clean and it’s so great for a big group. It is very spacious, and the basement bedroom itself could be an entire other rental! The beds are also comfy. The house is a new build and is in a new development so there is some very minor construction going around, but it is not bad or loud. The pool area was also nice but it was a bit of a walk. But we drove to it and found parking. The walking trail near the house leads right to town and the beach so we would use it to run or walk on. But it is definitely a drive needed to the beach, as It’s too far to walk to the beach. Also, the kitchen is well stocked and the grill is easy to use and is clean. I would definitely recommend this beautiful new house to rent!
