This home is located in the heart of South Haven. Located a short 2-minute stroll from Kids Corner Park, with the South Beach "Blue Stairs" across the street, this new construction home is the ideal family destination! A short 15-minute walk away are an abundance of unique shops, cafes, restaurants, and so much more!

Living Spaces
You'll feel very much at home when you walk in the front door at 664 Maple. The cozy living room features a plump sofa arranged in a perfect conversation grouping with two arm chairs around the wall-mounted HDTV with WiFi. After a long day out at the beach or exploring all that South Haven has to offer, you'll love curling up here with a drink and a snack talking about the day's adventures while enjoying the neighborhood view and abundant sunshine.

Cooking & Dining
Family chefs rejoice! You'll love this fully stocked kitchen, featuring crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The extra-long center island provides tons of food prep space, plus seating for four. The adjacent dining table for six will have you bringing back the tradition of family dinner, just so you can all savor the delicious cooking together!

Bed & Bath
With bedrooms and bathrooms spread across two floors, you'll easily find your favorite spot! The main level has a half-bath conveniently located adjacent to the main common space. The main level also features one of the homes two primary suites, perfect for those with difficulty managing stairs. This room is equipped with a queen bed, seating area, and full bathroom with shower. The second level offers 3 bedrooms. A primary suite with a king bed, work station, and private balcony with seasonal views. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the private balcony. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has one full bed, and the third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds. These two rooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower.

Outdoor Spaces
In the evenings, you'll be tempted outside by the backyard patio, which includes a built-in wood burning fire pit surrounded by chairs. Sit and trade tales of your South Haven adventures, upcoming plans, and maybe a ghost story or two! Also on the patio, sits a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining! In the front of the home, a warm and inviting covered patio offering a sectional sofa for early morning coffee and conversation to plan the day. Included in the tenant storage, you'll find two complimentary bicycles and an abundance of beach chairs for your use.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season (mid-June through mid-August), this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Friday - Friday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Additional Information
~ This home does only allow one pet, with a maximum weight of 35lbs. If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee will be added upon approval of your booking request.
