About this house rental
Welcome to a wonderful summer home with a magical lake view in Lilla Oxebo outside Gamleby. The house is beautifully located close to nature and the lake, just 40 meters down to the lake. The child-friendly beach is only 130 meters away. Here you will live perfectly for lazy summer days, picnics and playing while being close to a variety of experiences and attractions. The house is located on a hill with a grassy slope where you can get down to the lake. But there is also a road (which is a little longer) there if you wish. The house has a nice covered terrace with lounge furniture where you can enjoy the wonderful lake view. Dining furniture is on the lawn and on the front terrace.The house is freshly renovated with a large living room with sofa where you can enjoy the view in front of a fire in the stove (wood included) or just relax in front of the TV. The fresh kitchen has an exit to the terrace at the front and a dining area with a lake view. There are three bedrooms, the largest with a double bed has a lovely lake view. The second is equipped with a single bed. In the third, which is equipped with a curtain (no door), there is a bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. The bathroom is fresh and nice. There is also a washing machine. Not rented to young people under 25 years of age without a guardian. Loud parties are not allowed, as it is a quiet area where neighbors are respected. Charging of electric cars is not allowed. It is only 40km to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. It is also close to the Filmbyn in Mariannelund and other attractions connected to Astrid Lindgren such as Bullerbyn, Katthult etc. It is also close to the beautiful summer towns on the coast such as Västervik and Loftahammar. From here there are also ferry trips out to the archipelago. Shops and restaurants are in beautiful Gamleby. Welcome to enjoy your holiday!
