Very nice place! However, make sure to ask about hunters nearby during the hunting season

The cottage is well equipped and has good size. It was very nice to take your cats there, which enjoyed to look out at the window and even take a walk with me. We also could walk by the forest nearby, where I could see a lot of types of mushrooms and even pick Karl Johan for our dinner. Finally, the cottage is located nearby a sauna, where we could relax in the evening. Super nice!

The only thing I didn’t like was the hunting that was taking place right nearby the cottage. As I was walking with my cat (which had a leash), a hunting dog came to our direction like 20 m from our cottage and scared me to the hell. I was lucky that I could take my little princess inside, but I could see that the dog probably smelled the other cat inside the cottage, as we saw marks of his paws. It was very stressful ! I would like to ask the owner to make sure that people don’t hunt nearby, because otherwise we have to be locked inside.

Charming place near Vimmerby

Beautifully decorated hut . Everything was there, full kitchen. Sauna next door. Great hiking trails nearby . Quiet. The owners gave us such a warm welcome. We loved it. The huts are at a distance to each other so you have a great feeling of privacy. We went to the elk park nearby .

Excellent, warm, cozy, mistic.

Hosts were extremely warm and hearty people. Smile was always present on their face, very positive attitude toward life. Ingvar and his wife were take care of place very well, it is my best stay in Sweden so far :) In our house we had sauna and fire place. Outside the house there is a small play place for kids. In area many attractions for kids. I would like to come back their again :)

Det var et rigtig hyggeligt sted, det levede helt op til hvad vi havde forventet. Vi blev budt velkommen af Anton da vi kom og han kom også og spurgte om vi havde haft nogen gode dage inden vi skulle hjem. Rigtig hyggelig og rolig stemning.

Kleines rotes Haus - ideal für 3 Personen, die Ruhe suchen

Äuserst freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter, der auf dem Gelände mit mehreren kleinen Ferienhäusern wohnt -englisch spricht - und auch die deutsche Sprache versteht. Ende September war es sehr ruhig, die anderen Ferienhäuser waren nicht belegt und Straßenlärm war kaum zu bemerken. Deutlich hörbarer war da der Buntspecht unterwegs. Nachts war bei fast totaler Dunlkelheit ein faszinierender Sternenhimmel zu bewundern.

Hinweis: Da es doch sehr abgelegen liegt sollten die Reisevorbereitungen sehr gründlich sein. In Vimmerby kann man mit Kreditkarte tanken ( generell kein KEIN Tankstellen-Personal vorhanden ) und bei WILLY sich mit Lebensmitteln (sehr große Abpackungen) eindecken. In der Nebensaison bitte vorher genau die Öffnungszeiten von Museen, Touristinformationen und Ausstellungen einholen.

Kleines eigenes schwedisches Häuschen mitten im Wald

Hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und ideal für Ausflüge rund um Vimmerby. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr netter Vermieter der auch vorbei schaut und seine Hilfe anbietet.

Das WLAN hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. War in unserem Fall kein Drama, da wir ausreichend mobiles Datenvolumen hatten. Relevant ist außerdem vielleicht noch, dass die Endreinigung nicht inklusive ist, sondern entweder noch bezahlt werden muss oder man eben selbst putzt.

Ein typisches, gemütliches Schwedenhäuschen mit freundlichen Gastgebern!

Uns hat die Unterkunft als 4 köpfige Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern sehr gut gefallen. Die Häuschen liegen im Grünen, so dass wir trotz einiger heißeren Tage gut mit den Kindern draußen sein konnten. Generell ist der Ort ein Paradies für die Kleinsten, viel Platz zum Toben, ein kleiner Spielplatz und Schafe und Katzen zum Streicheln. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in einem Umkreis von 20-30 min Fahrtzeit, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Die Ausstattung der Unterkünfte ist ohne viel Schnickschnack aber es ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Anton und seine Frau sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber und stets hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Hyggelig beliggenhed- husene ligger på en smuk naturgrund med god afstand til hinanden - skov og badesø i nærheden. Velindrettet hus med alt man skal bruge. Kan virkelig anbefale stedet!

Fantastisk!

Mysig och fin liten stugby med vacker natur runt omkring. Fick Bullerbynkänsla. Trevliga ägare som kom och hälsade och småpratade när man möttes. De kom också och sa hej då vid avresa. Hästar betade precis bredvid stugan och det fanns får längre ner. Stora gräsytor där barnen kunde leka och en liten lekpark med gungor, sandlåda och rutchkana. Bara positivt!

Traumhaft schön

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Astrid Lindgren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer Anton wohnt ebenfalls in den Areal und ist sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz.
