Fantastic stay at the appartment

We stayed in the lovely, big appartement and had the best holiday week imaginable. A delicious meal upon arrival, picknics and an evening swims at the lake, lots of swimming and jumping at Tovenbadet, and the breakfast at our balcony… so perfect. Looking back with great pleasure.

You have to like a soft mattress (in the master bedroom), but we had no trouble sleeping at all.

Lovely cottages in the middle of nature

It was very quiet and a great experience in the middle of nature. Lena (the host) was very nice, helpful and she is a very good cook. The cottage had very lovely furniture and decorations.

The floor in our cottage was not very clean when we arrived.

I was a little bit surprised with extra charge for bed leaning (maybe it was somewhere mentioned in "fine print" but it is not customary for outer places in booking.com)

Expection was rather due to high booking.com rating and price. In the end, this is just a very basic light-weight camping cottage usually used as an alternative for tent camping for one night.

What a wonderful place!

Beautiful, secluded place. We had a very nice large chalet that sleeps 5 with one bedroom and 2 ‘highsleepers’ (with a very low ceiling). Kitchen very well equipped. Lovely to swim in the lake.

Don’t expect luxury. More a quirky glamping kind of place.

Great cottages at a quiet lake, with a beautiful veranda and barbecue. You can rent SUPs, a boat or canoes there or just enjoy the nature at the lake. Lena was a great host, who made delicious breakfast for us. Couldn't get any better. A big recommendation from us.

The cabin is small, but each detail is very well organised. It goes well for a couple with max 2 children.

Great place for a family getaway

We stayed in a large, well-appointed apartment in the main house, and it was wonderful. It was perfect for our family and the hosts were so helpful and kind, setting up a grill in the front garden so we could cook while the children played in the charming surrounds. We made good use of the kitchen in the apartment, which had everything we needed to prepare the food we brought. The surrounding area is beautiful and the cabins looked charming. We ended our stay by buying some things in the giftshop, including one of Lena's cookbooks. I only wish we had stayed longer.

Everything was awesome. We really enjoyed it. The cottage had everything you need for some great days. The owner created a wonderful and beautiful place. We felt very welcome.

Erholung pur

Unser Cottage war total gemütlich. Die Lage mitten im Wald und am See ist traumhaft. Eine absolute Idylle! Ideal um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Peter und Lena sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach genial

Wir liebten das Haus im Wald und den Blick durch die Bäume zum See. Auch der See selbst hat mich immer wieder ins kühle Nass gezogen. Zudem stehen Boote, Kanu, SUP mit Lifeweste zur Verfügung.

Was für ein wunderschöner Ort. Ruhe und Natur pur. Baden im See oder Kanu fahren...es ist alles möglich. Die kleinen Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet...sogar einen Grill gibt es. Anreise über Gunnebo kürzer (sonst langer Schotterweg).Gastgeber ist sehr nett...

De kleinschaligheid en de rust/stilte die er heerst. De locatie aan het eigen meer. Idyllisch gelegen tweede meer met duikplanken, op loopafstand. Prima bedden. De nieuwe trampoline. Vriendelijke eigenaren.

De hoogte van de douche. De douche zat in het schuine gedeelte van het huisje, ik kon er niet rechtop in staan.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche =)

Tolle Lage, das optionale Frühstück und Abendessen sind grandios, Erholung pur! Unser Sohn hat sich sehr über das Trampolin und die Schaukeln gefreut. Wenn etwas ist, wird einem sofort geholfen. Die Gastgeber sind nett und zuvorkommend. Der See ist quasi vor der Haustür und zum Schwimmen, Paddeln usw. hervorragend geeignet.

Rustig gelegen hut in het bos, vlakbij het meer. Voldoende groot voor ons gezin van 4. Gastvrouw & heer zijn heel vriendelijk. We kunnen het ontbijt en avondmaal zeker aanraden. Handig dat je bij je verblijf kano/sup kan huren en er direct het meer mee in kan, de kinderen hadden alvast veel plezier in & op het meer. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Lägenheten var fantastisk med mysig balkon, stora rum och bekväm hemma-känsla. Sjön var fantastisk för att bada och paddla.
