Prime location just 400 meters to the beautiful archipelago outside Västervik
The house is located in Uthammer, a small holiday resort on the Baltic Sea directly on a bay with a wonderful archipelago.
The house consists of three rooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds, the kitchen is2019 newly built were open to the living area and equipped with induction box, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and a washing machine. The living area has a beautiful sofa, 2 armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV.
Outside there is a seating area with garden furniture and barbecue, where one or another warm summer evening can withstand with safety. Even a fire place for cozy evenings.
The magnificent archipelago off the coast of Oskarshamn to Västervik is 400 meters walking distance from the house. Jetty and boat dock are available.
Figeholm, just 6 km away, offers shopping, boat rentals, a restaurant, a small harbor and a museum.
Looking for a little more "hustle", Oskarshamn is about 25 minutes by car. There is everything to offer a small town. U. a. A bathhouse, several boutiques, post office, gas station, restaurants, a marina. A day trip to the island of Gotland is possible by ferry or a boat trip to "build Virgin" (Blå Jungfru), a small Baltic Sea island, with its unique flora.
Also, the Kingdom of Crystal, Boda Borg, Astrid Lindgren are ideal for a day trip when the weather is not inviting for swimming and sunbathing.
Or how about with long fishing trips (smoke or grill the freshly caught fish directly in the garden), a game of golf, mushroom picking, wonderful walks in the surrounding woods, small climbing park and many more.?
