Accommodation description:
This very cosy and warmly decorated holiday home dates back to 1615 and used to be the town hall. The characterful property is special to stay in. You will enjoy modern comfort with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. The house has an enclosed courtyard with lounge area and BBQ where you can sit sheltered when warm, and where the grapes literally grow over your head.
The Moselle is just a few metres away. There you can also park your car for free

The walking and cycling possibilities around this place are almost endless. Near the property starts theEagle Owl Trail (Owl route) this is about 5.8 km. It is a medium-difficult hike through wine country and nature where you enjoy beautiful views of Marienburg Castle and the village of Briedel.

Just 5.5 km away is the lively place Zell with its 'restaurants, terraces and shops'. Zell is famous for its schwarze Katze wine. From Zell it is also possible to book several boat trips on the Moselle. There is a good tourist office in the centre for more information. Other great places for a day out are Cochem and Bernkastel-keus

For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
