-Property is monitored by a camera.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Pets welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog
-Boat lift is not available
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
