We offer a 30 foot dock for docking your boat during your stay with a public boat ramp close by. The house is newly remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen to accommodate all your cooking needs.

Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this quaint retreat offers an enjoyable place to call home. Manatees and dolphins frequent the deep canal and fishing can be enjoyed right off the dock. If you choose to bring your boat or rent one, you can find plenty of fishing spots close by. You can also visit the Hernando flats, a popular hang out spot, via boat in just a few short minutes! There are many restaurants nearby to check out and plenty of fun water activities to enjoy. The location was perfect fished 2 days and it was epic . The house was very clean and organized. The place was newly remodeled looked awesome when we arrived. It’s on Dolphin Basin and only 2 minute idle to Gulf of America . Deep water basin and channel access to the ocean . Back patio had beautiful sunsets we ate outside 2 nights and Brian’s a local restaurant 1 night .The restaurant was in walking distance.
