The Cocoonr agency offers this comfortable 43 m² apartment for rent in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, which can accommodate up to 4 people, at the foot of Mont Blanc and a stone's throw from the ski lifts.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a 27 m² garden. WiFi (ADSL) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, nexpresso coffee machine, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Outside area :
- A 9 m² north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather with two deckchairs available.
- A private, enclosed, north-facing garden of 27 m².
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Direct access to the village via the free thermal lift (from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.), allowing you to reach shops, restaurants, and entertainment without using your car
- Evasion Mont Blanc ski area (400 km of slopes)
- Mont-Blanc tramway nearby offering exceptional views of Mont Blanc, with hiking and walking trails accessible to all levels
- The Saint-Gervais-Mont-Blanc thermal baths within walking distance: relaxation courses, massages, and thermal treatments
