This apartment is not accessible to people with limited mobility; there is a flight of 19 stairs leading up to the apartment.

This quiet condominium is in the heart of Le Fayet; shops and restaurants are just a stone’s throw from the apartment. The apartment is ideally located 300 m from the SNCF train station and the rail connection to Chamonix.
It is a 300-meter walk from the new gondola providing access to the ski area, as well as from the TMB (Tramway du Mont Blanc).
The entrance to the thermal park is 500 m away, where you’ll find a treetop adventure course, rock climbing, via ferrata, a swimming pool, and sports facilities, as well as activities for the little ones, and of course: The Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths.

We’re a 5-minute drive from the town of Saint-Gervais and the entrance to the ski area (Évasion Mont Blanc). You can get there by gondola all year round (300 m away) or via the thermal baths’ wastewater elevator.
We’re located 20 minutes from Chamonix and 20 minutes from Megève as well.
You’ll also find nearby: lakes, climbing gyms, casinos, movie theaters, an ice rink, horseback riding centers…
