About this apartment rental
Beautiful 45-square-meter duplex apartment ideally located in the heart of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, on the first floor of a charming building secured by a digital keypad.
500m from the gondola lifts (the “Evasion Mont Blanc” ski area, Megève, Combloux…), with a free shuttle bus right at the building’s entrance; 200m from downtown with all its shops; 100 meters from a free covered parking lot, 50 meters from a kindergarten, and 200 meters from the TMB (Tramway du Mont Blanc), providing access to Le Fayet and the Les Houches ski area.
You may choose not to use a car for the entire week.
Central heating and hot water; private, locked, and heated storage room for skis.
Living room with open-concept, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and dishes. Flat-screen TV, stereo system, sofa bed that sleeps 2, table + 8 chairs. + baby booster seat

Appartement confortable, bien équipé, cependant très bruyant de part sa localisation, pas possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre et d’avoir une conversation. En plein centre de saint Gervais, localisation idéale pour les randonnées pédestres, départ en ski (betex à quelques mètres). Séjour agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la dame qui se charge de nous donner les clés.
