About this apartment rental
Character apartment of 120 sqm, 3-star approved, comprising 5 rooms on 2 levels, on the 4th and last floor of a residence located in the center of the village of Saint Gervais les Bains.
200 m from the church square, restaurants and shops. A 500m walk from the cable car (crossing the new bridge), which gives you access in 15 minutes to the ski area (Le Bettex / Mont Joux / Mount Joly, Mont d'Arbois / Megève). During the ski season, a free shuttle to the Gondola stops every 10 minutes down the residence.
Balconies all around the apartment, well exposed and with a breathtaking view of the village, the mountains (Mont Joly, the chain of Aravis, needles Warens) and the valley (Lake Passy, Sallanches).
1 double living room very spacious with dining area, TV lounge, fireplace and beautiful beams on the ceiling (+ DVD player, CD, piano ...),
1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...),
1 large master bedroom (1 double bed 160x190cm) with 1 en-suite bathroom,
1 second bathroom in the hallway (massage jet shower) and 1 separate toilet,
1 large entrance hall with a staircase leading upstairs, perfect for a children's area / games room (with TV, books, board games ...). It also has 1 single bed 90x190cm, which can sleep a 7th person.
Internet WIFI in the apartment.

2 attic attic rooms each with 1 double bed (160x190cm and 140x190cm),
1 separate bathroom in the hallway with bath and toilet.
Large cellar used as ski storage, and accessible directly from the outdoor parking,

Accommodation suitable for 7 people maximum (children included) + possibility of 1 extra baby bed (cot + booster chair provided).
Large volumes in the lower side lounge and master bedroom, the children's area and upstairs bedrooms on the other side, give the sensation of being in two apartments at once; All the downstairs rooms open to balconies.
No pets allowed No smoking.
Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers ...) and towels (towels, gloves, bathrobes ...) not provided.
Are provided: protective mats and pillows, duvets, blankets and pillows.
Hair dryer provided.
Possibility to rent linen at the week (at your expense), notify us to book in advance.
The household must be done by you before departure. Otherwise a supplement is payable (150 euros). A deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival, as well as tourist tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person over 18 years and per night.
