Art deco gorgeous building with amenities including chic spa and 6th floor resort pool & lounge right in the hottest section of the beach. Our distinctive unit offers jaw-dropping views of the pool,the amazing Fort Lauderdale Beach and the city. The unit features a gourmet kitchen, an italian marble bathroom with a deep- soaking and a separate shower.
Guest Access - When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in some of the wonderful hotel amenities, which include acess to the pool deck, containing aheated pool & whirlpool, complementary pool chairs upon availability , spa, gym, and Valet.
Interaction with Guests - A key1 specialist meets all guests for arrivals.
You are staying in our private residence with wonderful Resort amenities, which include access to the pool deck.
***ADDITIONAL PARKING / VALET ($64.20 sales and tourism taxes)
Per night - no option to self-park- AND RESORT FEES ( $54.24 sales and tourism taxes) per night - PAID UPON ARRIVAL.***

Check in starts at 4pm to 11pm. However from 9-11pm we charge a late check in fee of $50

Bonnet House Museum & Gardens is just blocks away, nestled beneath the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, where you will find an array of nature-oriented activities including canoeing, fishing and hiking. In addition, you will find watersports available right in your own beachfront yard.
