The location is great! And the apartment is pretty nice. The kitchen does have a shelf that is falling off the wall and the two fans and two a/c units use the same remote so using one in the living room causes the other to react also. Almost woke my kids up this way by turning on the fan light. The host is not local, they use a call center type service from Myanmar so communication and service is slow and a bit confusing. The location is the best part however, if you want to be in this part of FLL beach its a great spot.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our two small service animals. The apartment was cool and quiet. Plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. Everything very clean, spotless really! Great communication with host, Two concerns are limited parking (very tight spots) and no security gate in between street and units. Looks like there is room for one, perhaps they will install one
