Nice original Floridian hotel, 312 Penthouse on 3rd floor with private balcony and great intercostal view.
Large penthouse 1 bedroom apartment, with full kitchen and combined lounge, bathroom with spacious shower and bedroom with kingsize bed.
Located 1 block from sandy Fort Lauderdale beach, and walking distance to all beach restaurants and bars.
Get your morning coffee at Starbucks around the corner, jump on the water taxi just opposite the hotel.
And you have one free parking spot. Enjoy.

This worked out perfectly for our short stay in Fort Lauderdale. We were close everything and enjoyed the strip. We didn’t rent a car but it was great to see that they had parking on site that was included. All in all it was a lovely time and would recommend.

The location was fantastic, however, a few things could have been better: - Found dead roach upon arrival - light switches did not work - fan did not work - apartment had a distinct smell to it Everything else was wonderful. If the host is able to address these issues I would gladly stay again. Best, Jason
