Enjoy easy access to 103s, with a cleared driveway and pathways during snow. Plus, a fully fenced yard.
Welcome to our cozy 4BR 2Bath home with an in-law suite in Mt. Holly, VT! Surrounded by lush woods and forests, this property is the perfect retreat for those looking for a peaceful getaway close to the mountains. Our home sits on 1 acre of land, offering stunning views and plenty of space for outdoor activities.
The house is conveniently located on Route 103, providing easy access to Ludlow and downtown Rutland. During winter, our private contractor ensures that the driveway and pathways are always clear and accessible. Additionally, you'll have the convenience of parking in our warm and dry 2-car garage.
The main living area features a 55" smart TV, while the downstairs living room is equipped with two 65" smart TVs. All TVs are connected to YouTube TV and Redzone channel during football season. You can also access other apps like Netflix and Disney Plus via smart apps on the TV. Our Wi-Fi setup will keep you connected, even if cell service is spotty in the mountains.
When it comes to indoor entertainment, we have a foosball table, chess, Xbox one, and books available. And for those looking to relax, we offer a 2-person hot tub for an extra fee of $125 (maintenance included).
