About the "Julia" vacation rental with a view of the North Sea:
From Parking Lot 50, you can easily reach your "Julia" apartment on the 4th floor via the elevator. As soon as you step into the hallway, a magnificent view of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea opens up across the balcony. In the living room, a cozy couch and armchair invite you to relax. A fold-out bed allows the apartment to accommodate up to 4 people. A flat-screen TV is also available for entertainment or relaxation. From the living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture and a single umbrella—the perfect spot to enjoy passing ships or breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while sipping a glass of wine or enjoying a light snack. In the open-concept kitchen—which is connected to the living area and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer—you can prepare and enjoy your meals while taking in a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Another dining area adjoins the open-concept living room. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and ample storage space in a large closet, including a full-length mirror. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.
The basement has a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) as well as a storage room for bicycles. Bicycles can also be parked in the bike rack in front of the house. The apartment comes with its own parking space.
Apartment 50 “Julia” is a non-smoking apartment, as are all the vacation apartments in the building.
