About this apartment rental
1 living room with a dining area, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a TV, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. The bedroom features a double bed with an electrically adjustable slatted frame. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building.
We have a garage available for your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 2 TVs, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.
The building has an elevator and a sauna with a relaxation room.

Prices for our vacation apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The Seewärts Wohnen house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the spa park, directly behind the dike. The south-facing balconies are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. A grocery store and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity. Wi-Fi, an elevator in the building, parking spaces included with all apartments, a washer and dryer in the basement, and a bike storage room are available. You’ll also find a sauna/steam room in the basement.

Dank der tollen Wohnung mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist unser Urlaub in Büsum immer sehr schön.
Wenn irgendwelche „Probleme „ auftauchen, findet man mit den sehr netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Leuten im Kähler-Büro immer eine Lösung.

Hallo liebes Kähler-Team, wir buchen bei ihnen seit vielen, vielen Jahren und sind immer rundum sehr zufrieden.
