From the parking space near the entrance, you head straight through the stairwell and take the elevator in the “Nordseeblick” building to the apartment located on the top floor. Newly furnished in 2021, Möövnest 1 combines Nordic charm with sustainable design.
The southwest-facing balcony offers a stunning view of the North Sea and sunshine until sunset in the evening hours. High-quality garden chairs with continuously adjustable backrests ensure maximum comfort.
You can also enjoy the view of the sea from the light-filled living room, the heart of Möövnest. Here, the cozy XL lounge chair, the comfortable sofa, and a large flat-screen TV invite you to settle in and relax.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is well-equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and espresso machine. The delicacies prepared here can be enjoyed in the cozy dining area or on the balcony as the sun sets.
The bathroom features a shower and modern amenities such as a heated towel rack, hair dryer, and cosmetic mirror.
The bedroom, with its comfortable double bed and an additional flat-screen TV, is perfect for cozy moments together or simply relaxing.
The basement features a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) as well as a storage room for bicycles. Bicycles can also be parked in the bike rack in front of the house. The vacation rental has its own parking space at the house.

Super FW, chic & comfortabel, sehr sauber, fantastischer Ausblick aus dem 4.Stock auf Deich und Meer, sehr ruhig, günstige Lage zur Promenade und zu den Geschäften.
Tolle Wohnung - wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, die Einrichtung wurde mit viel Liebe ausgewählt und ist sehr an den Bedarf von Urlaubern orientiert und die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend!
