Strandläufer House - Vacation Apartment for 2 People on the North Sea Seawall

The 2.5 SEESTERN vacation rental, with a total living area of approximately 55 square meters, features a living and dining room of approximately 26 square meters with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom of about 11 square meters with a separate TV, a hallway of about 9 square meters, and a tiled bathroom of about 6 square meters with a shower and toilet. It is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
From the living area and the approximately 7-square-meter south-facing balcony, which spans the entire width of the apartment, you also have a view of the lake dike.
The vacation rental was completed in early 2019 and has been lovingly furnished by the owners to a high standard, featuring modern and comfortable amenities.

General Amenities:
The vacation rental features cozy underfloor heating and is equipped with electric exterior window shutters on all windows and the balcony door.
Of course, free Wi-Fi access and modern audio and TV equipment are provided.
Hallway:
The hallway features a coat rack with a small bench and a mirror, as well as a cabinet containing a safe, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, and broom.
Bedroom:
The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box spring bed with 2 separate mattresses (each 90x200 cm) and a single topper (180x200 cm), two illuminated shelves, a two-door wardrobe with sliding doors and interior lighting, and a flat-screen cable TV with a wall mount.
Bathroom:
The tiled bathroom features a spacious, floor-level glass-enclosed shower, a heated towel rack, a toilet, a sink with vanity cabinet, an illuminated wall mirror, and an additional pull-out makeup mirror, as well as a hair dryer and a stool.
Living Area:
The living area features comfortable, high-quality seating and a plush carpet, an attractive cabinet and shelving system, as well as high-quality, user-friendly modern audio and TV equipment.
Integrated into the living area are a modern, high-quality kitchenette and a cozy dining area with comfortable seating.
Kitchenette:
High-quality brand-name kitchen furniture with brand-name kitchen appliances, stove with induction cooktop and range hood, oven, separate microwave, full-size dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, espresso machine (for capsules) with milk frother, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender, knife block, cooking essentials including pots and pans; tasteful, modern assortment of dishes, glasses, and cutlery (all provided in sets of six) and a wide range of accessories.

Dining area:
Rectangular table and comfortable, colorful cantilever chairs

Living area:
High-quality sofa and ottoman, small side table, modern cabinet and shelving units with lighting, floor lamp, modern high-quality audio and TV equipment (including cable TV with a flat-screen TV)

Balcony:
The balcony faces south toward the sea and is perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air and sunbathing. It is equipped with comfortable balcony furniture and a beach chair, as well as a wall-mounted hand-drying rack.

The vacation rental includes a free ground-level parking space right next to the house.
Guests also have access to a lockable bike storage room for their bicycles.

The Seestern vacation rental is a non-smoking unit.

The Strandläufer is ideally located in Büsum: in a quiet, second-row location at the end of a dead-end street, free from traffic noise, yet close to both the dike and the town center!
As a guest at the Strandläufer, you can access the central Strandstraße directly via the back path and through the garden (apartment key required)!
