Located in the south of Mallorca, "Can Maimo Nou" is the perfect choice for anyone dreaming of a modern finca in Mallorca that offers both comfort and tranquillity. This stylish house is set on a large, green plot with no direct neighbours, ensuring a peaceful retreat. The finca offers space for up to eight guests. The spacious, partially covered terrace invites you to sunbathe or relax in the shade. The pool, which is visible from the comfortable sun loungers, is particularly suitable for families with children. The table tennis table provides hours of fun for guests of all ages. There is also ample parking for your hire car.
The finca has an open-plan design, with most of the rooms flowing into one another but can be separated by sliding doors. Large windows allow the Mediterranean light to flood the room and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The accommodation is spread over two floors, which are connected by an open staircase. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area, a high-quality kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. On the upper floor, separated by a glass gallery, there is an additional sleeping area, a desk for holiday work and access to a small, sunny roof terrace.
The modern finca "Can Maimo Nou" is situated in a wonderfully quiet location in the middle of the typical Mediterranean landscape of the south of the island. For shopping, restaurants and a stroll through pretty narrow streets with numerous art galleries and small shops, Santanyí is only approx. 4.4 km away, while the romantic bay of Cala Llombards is only approx. 8.9 km away.
